- Quality Control Department
The QC department reports directly to the General Manager and is independent from the production department. This is to ensure that the quality procedures are fully followed and every personnel in touch with the products is accountable for quality.
Our 10 QC staffs are all technically trained and they are capable of not only inspecting the quality but also suggest improvements to the production processes.
- Raw Materials and Components
Raw materials and some components are sourced from reputable suppliers with strict independent inspection before being used for production.
- Quality Procedures
We follow the ISO 9001: 2000 quality control procedures. In addition, we have internal quality guidelines that govern raw materials acquisition to final shipment packaging.
Our OE quality assurance team is also task to incorporate customers quality standards into the production processes.
The management strictly enforces the “zero defect” policy and do not tolerate any lapse in quality controls.
- Total Quality Control
The quality control process begins during raw material acquisitions and ended when our products are being loaded for shipment.
The entire system of material inspection, process monitoring, product inspection, final inspection and process improvements by the QC and engineering teams helps in ensuring the high quality of our products.
